Health Care People- Which department should I go into?

Ok i'm not going to lie or try and build myself up. First, I do love peole and hope to make a difference. BUT i've got to admit I love money too. SO I want to know a department in health care that pays well with minimal school or effort. (I'm smart and can handle it but who wants to work hard if not needed. ha) SO what i'm playing around with is 1. Radiography 2. Registered Nurse 3. After Radiography should I then take the MRI course for another 9 months of school (is it worth it?) 4. Respiratory Care. SO which jobs are better and pay decent all at the same time?
