Should I end it after 8 ish months ? Please help!!!?

Im 15 and very confused ,me and my boyfriend have been going out for almost 8months now. And we just clicked. We text all the time like 18 thousand times a month. But we have broken up 5 times. The brake up would last a week or a day or two, then we would be back together. He makes me so crazy if I don't have him! One time after I broke up with him (long story). That night I went to a party and was flirty and happy out of my mind.the next day I just cried all day. Then another time when he broke up with me I left school and walked home crying. When I went to a party that night (yeah I know another one). I took off my shirt so my bra was all I was wearing as a top, and I kissed this random guy. But then if I'm with him I feel like I can kind of be my self, but I don't feel like I can say anything I want. He stresses me out he doesn't communicate well and if I tell him that then we get into a fight, he can make me so happy but sometimes I just don't know if he loves and wants to see me. So my question is does it seem like I should keep going on in this relationship??
