What if you use someone's credit card to shop online without them knowing?

Okay so my mom found out my dad is cheating on her; then they got in a fight and my dad moved out. But before he left we got his credit card number. And well my mom and I went on an online shopping spree and the grand total was of about 6 thousand dollars. It was all placed under my Dads name & we used a fake email that we made up that contains his name. Can we get arrested for this?
