Runny nose, hoarse bark, coughing/gagging?

My jrt had a hoarse bark for about 5 days or so but no other symptoms so I figured maybe she was barking while I was at work.. today her nose started running and she started coughing/gagging.. she's going to the vet FIRST thing in the morning (I called my vet at his house to ask :-P) but does anyone know what this could be? Upper respiratory infection maybe? She's not due for kennel cough til July.. could that be it? Just tryin to figure out what's goin on with my little girl.. she still seems pretty perky despite everything though
