Why don't the Lakers hire Brian Shaw?

He has been groomed as the successor to Phil for the last few years, and he will continue the triangle offense. He is close and has a good relationship with many Lakers, most notably Kobe and Fisher, who endorsed him. I think it is wrong that he was being groomed for the job and now the Busses are looking at retreads like Adelman, Dunleavy, and maybe even Van Gundy. Another other coach besides Shaw would run a different offense. He is a class act, knowledgeable, and deserves an opportunity. If not with LA, it wouldn't shock me to see him coach in his hometown Oakland, with the Warriors, especially with Jerry West working there.
