Does this sound like I COULD BE PREGNANT?

The first day of my last period was 7 weeks ago. They are usually regular. Me and my boyfriend had intercourse without a condom twice after I got off my period in that same month. I am on the 'mini' pill birth control and I take it at the same time everyday. Also, I was taking antibiotics at the same time for an upper respiratory infection. I hear now that the antibiotics can mess with the effectiveness of the pill. All last week I was extremely tired, sensitive to smells and very nauseous. I have sore breasts and the other night I couldn't sleep because my torso was itchy. I have to pee more then usual even if I don't drink anything that whole day. I have period like cramps and my lower back hurts when I walk. Does it sound like I'm pregnant? I can't go for a test because I'm currently on vacation until next week..
